4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into your jk9 account, unless jk9 expressly approves an alternative method in writing. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. jk9 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending the outcome of any compliance or fraud review.

4.5 Own Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your jk9 account are derived from lawful sources and are your own funds. jk9 will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations.
5.1 jk9 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Bonus funds are generally subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
5.3 jk9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action will not affect bonuses already validly credited and being actively used in good faith.
5.4 Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating play between accounts, or exploiting promotion mechanics in ways not intended by jk9 — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.
